A D O P T I O N A G R E E M E N T
- I agree to adopt the rabbit(s) into my home and to provide, at all times:
•Appropriate food and fresh water
•Companionship from other rabbit(s) and socialisation
•Prompt and appropriate veterinary care when required
- I understand that the rabbit(s) have been fully assessed while in the care of Clement Rabbit Rescue, and that I have been informed of any known health or behavioural issues. I acknowledge that Clement Rabbit Rescue cannot guarantee the future health or behaviour of any rabbit.
- I understand that rabbits are an exotic species and that future veterinary treatment may be costly. The rescue strongly advises pet insurance.
- I understand that all rabbits are adopted fully vaccinated and require annual booster vaccinations, which I agree to maintain as their new owner.
- I understand that rescue rabbits may require time, patience, and understanding to settle into a new environment, and I confirm that I am willing and able to provide this.
- If I am no longer able to care for the rabbit(s) in the future, I agree to contact Clement Rabbit Rescue to arrange their return. I will not sell, rehome, advertise, or give the rabbit(s) away under any circumstances.
- Clement Rabbit Rescue provides lifetime support for all adopted rabbits. I understand that there may be a wait of up to six weeks for a space to become available, and I agree to keep the rabbit(s) safe and cared for until arrangements can be made.
- I understand that an adoption fee applies and is non-refundable in the event that the rabbit(s) are returned.
